Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive 10 to 15 days after you order. Your jar ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China, which is why it takes longer than a domestic parcel. Busy seasons and customs checks can add a few days.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking link when your order leaves the warehouse. It can take a day or two before the link shows movement.

Extra charges

The price you pay at checkout is the full price. If a carrier ever asks you to pay an extra charge on delivery, email us before paying and we will sort it out.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can only fix it before the order ships.

Late or missing orders

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it, email support@slowblink.store. We will track it down, and if it's lost we refund it or send it again.
